ABOUT US

Born in Canada and raised by Italian parents, Chef Frank, spent many summers in Italy with his grandparents. The little village of Villavallelonga, embraces life at a slower pace, located outside of Rome in the mountains, it was over these summers that his passion for food sparked.  

Taught by his grandparents from a young age to focus on fresh ingredients, and to cherish what was the land has provided so that nothing is wasted, and mostly importantly - to cook from the heart.  L'Aceretta Catering was created with all of this in mind, named after the "Little Maple" park in the Italian village.

L’Aceretta Catering is a labour of love,  passion comes through with every bite.  

Weekly menus are released every Sunday for the following Saturday orders. The deadline to order is Wednesday. The food is delivered hot and ready to serve.
